The person behind the method
Agnieszka Kadula is the founder and developer of the BodyFix Method, and the driving force behind Amsterdam's specialised practice for connective-tissue and fascia techniques. Her work sits at the meeting point of manual therapy and a deep curiosity about how the body's connective tissue behaves.
More detailed biographical information about Agnieszka's training, qualifications and personal path is being prepared together with her, so that everything published here reflects her own words. In the meantime, what guides her practice is clear: a diagnosis-first approach, an honest assessment for every client, and a refusal to treat symptoms in isolation.
A specialist's track record
Working with connective tissue since 2008
Agnieszka has specialised in connective tissue and fascia since 2008, the year BodyFix was founded. According to the practice, BodyFix is the longest-running specialised connective tissue practice in Amsterdam, and Agnieszka's hands-on experience over those years sits at the core of how the BodyFix Method is delivered today.
- Specialised in connective tissue and fascia since 2008.
- Works alongside medically trained therapists with a physiotherapy background and 2,500+ hours of training.
- Focus areas include cellulite, releasing adhesions, lipoedema, lymphoedema and oedema, skin firming, postpartum, pregnancy and C-section scars.
The BodyFix Method is a complementary, treatment-based approach and is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or care. For conditions such as lipoedema, lymphoedema or oedema, please also consult your doctor.

Her perspective
Looking beyond the symptom
Agnieszka's vision is simple to state and demanding to practise: look beyond the symptom and consider where a complaint may originate. Connective tissue and fascia run throughout the body as one continuous network, so a complaint that shows up in one place may relate to tension elsewhere.
That is why every client journey begins with Bodyreading — a structured assessment of the tissue before the first treatment is planned. If you want to understand the tissue itself, our knowledge base explains what fascia is and why it matters.
- Diagnosis-first: Bodyreading before any treatment begins.
- Connective tissue and fascia are approached as one connected system, rather than isolated spots.
- Honest advice — including telling you when a treatment is not the right fit.
This approach is complementary and does not replace medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
From practice to method
How the BodyFix Method came to be
The BodyFix Method was not designed on paper — it grew out of years of hands-on, practical experience. Working with real clients and real complaints, Agnieszka developed an approach that combines deep manual connective tissue massage with device-assisted lymphatic drainage, always preceded by a diagnosis-first Bodyreading.
Bodyreading
A diagnosis-first assessment of your connective tissue before any treatment is planned.
Connective tissue massage
Deep manual work that is aimed at releasing adhesions and is tailored to each client.
Lymphatic drainage
Device-assisted drainage that is designed to support the body and complete the signature combination.
