Cellulite is a common skin feature that causes dimpling, particularly on the legs and buttocks. Several factors contribute. Massage is not an established way to remove cellulite permanently; we do not promise to dissolve adhesions or fat tissue.
Our approach
What does the massage involve?
You discuss the area to work on and your expectations beforehand. Cosmetic techniques have different possibilities and limitations. We do not claim that our massage is more effective than LPG, cryolipolysis or other treatments.
The practitioner uses targeted hand movements during the manual massage. Pressure and pace are adjusted to your comfort. Device-assisted lymphatic drainage can be booked separately and is not included in this massage price as standard.
Choose the treatment area
You agree beforehand whether to massage your legs, buttocks or another area.
Adjust the pressure
Tell the practitioner immediately if the massage feels too intense. Pain is not a measure of results.
Separate lymphatic drainage
A separate device-assisted lymphatic drainage session takes 30 minutes and costs €45. Discuss suitability beforehand.

What is cellulite and why is it so hard to treat? +
Cellulite is a common skin feature with visible dimpling. It has several contributing factors and also occurs in people at a healthy weight. We do not present massage as a way to remove its cause or eliminate it permanently.
How many treatments do I need for cellulite? +
There is no established number of Bodyfix sessions for a visible or lasting reduction in cellulite. Discuss expectations during the consultation and decide after a session whether you want to continue.
Does connective tissue massage work better than LPG or cryolipolysis? +
We have no comparative research showing that the Bodyfix Method works better than LPG or cryolipolysis. These treatments differ in technique and purpose; ask about evidence, risks and expectations when considering a medical or cosmetic procedure.
Is the treatment painful? +
The massage can feel firm. Report pain or discomfort immediately so pressure can be adjusted or treatment stopped. Contact your doctor about unusual, severe or persistent symptoms.
Can I come to Bodyfix for cellulite on my stomach or arms? +
During the consultation you can discuss massaging areas besides the legs and buttocks. We explain the options and limits without promising a particular cosmetic result.
What does a cellulite treatment at Bodyfix cost? +
A session costs €70 (30 min), €140 (60 min) or €210 (90 min). Session cards (5 sessions) offer better value: €325, €650 or €975. The type of treatment does not affect the price.
How does Bodyfix differ from other practitioners in Amsterdam? +
Bodyfix offers manual connective tissue massage using its own method. The Bodyreading is a preliminary conversation and assessment for tailoring the massage, not a medical diagnosis. Device-assisted lymphatic drainage is booked separately.
