First we look.
Then we decide.
Ten minutes, free, and “no” is a valid outcome. The consultation is not a medical examination or diagnosis.
What we hear most
Questions about massage and your situation
You can ask about massage during the consultation. For unexplained swelling, pain or suspected lipoedema, contact your doctor for assessment first.
Heavy, swollen legs
Legs that feel heavy and swollen by the end of the day. Socks leaving marks. Shoes that no longer fit in the evening.
Fluid retention
Unexplained fluid retention needs medical assessment. Our consultation does not establish its cause.
Suspected lipoedema
If you suspect lipoedema, contact your doctor. Bodyreading cannot establish or exclude a medical condition.
How it works
Clarity in three steps
Free consultation
We discuss your wishes and assess your connective tissue. The free consultation has a 10-minute booking slot. A bodyreading is not a medical diagnosis.
Personal advice
You receive an honest assessment: is connective tissue massage suitable for you? And if so, which course suits you best?
Start your course
Only if it is right for you. No obligation, no pressure. Your body, your choice. After every five treatments we book another consultation: we go through the results and how we continue.

Your first step
Free
The consultation is free and has a 10-minute booking slot. A massage is a separate treatment, from €70 for 30 minutes. Travelling in? You can schedule the two back to back in the online calendar — you tick the consultation and the treatment separately.
Read client experiences
Read reviews on Google. Reviews describe individual experiences and do not establish medical effectiveness.

Still unsure?
Yes, 100%. The consultation has a 10-minute booking slot and is entirely without obligation. You do not need to buy or book anything. We want to give an honest assessment first of whether we can help you.
Only a qualified healthcare professional can assess and diagnose lipoedema. Contact your doctor if you suspect it. Bodyfix does not provide a diagnosis or initial medical indication.
Massage can feel firm. Tell the practitioner about discomfort so the pressure can be adjusted or the massage stopped. Pain is not a measure of benefit.
There is no fixed number of sessions or guaranteed result for everyone. We discuss your experience and whether you want to book a follow-up. After every five treatments we book another consultation regardless: we go through the results and how we continue. We do not keep going until the card runs out — stopping is a valid outcome there.
Yes. You can schedule them back to back in the online calendar: you tick the free consultation and the treatment you want, as two separate options in the same booking. There is no ready-made combination to click. If you are unsure whether that is sensible, call us and we will look at it with you.
Discuss massage during pregnancy with your midwife or doctor before booking. Read our pregnancy massage information and contact Bodyfix about the appointment.
Where to attend your consultation
