Cancellation policy
You can reschedule with us up to 24 hours before your appointment. Within 24 hours we always charge the appointment, regardless of the reason. We appreciate that you always have a good reason for cancelling — however, it is impossible for us to take this into account.
Follow-up treatments are forfeited if not cancelled on time. We always take time for your treatment. If you arrive late, this is deducted from your session time. The session card is valid for 10 weeks from the first treatment.
