Beautiful Legs

Manual connective tissue massage for the legs and buttocks, tailored to your wishes and comfort.

Your skin and your wishes

Cellulite and stretch marks are common skin features with different causes. During the consultation you discuss which area you want massaged. We do not promise that massage removes cellulite or stretch marks or permanently repairs skin structure.

Cellulite & orange-peel skin

A massage may feel different in each area. A lasting reduction in cellulite is not guaranteed.

Stretch marks & uneven skin texture

Stretch marks do not disappear through a promised number of massages. We make no claim about collagen production or repair of these skin changes.

Heavy, tired legs

Heaviness or swelling can have different causes. Have persistent, sudden or one-sided swelling assessed medically first.

Tailoring the massage

The leg treatment focuses on the legs and buttocks with manual connective tissue massage. Device-assisted lymphatic drainage can be booked separately: 30 minutes for €45. It is not included in the massage price as standard.

Beforehand you discuss your wishes and comfort during the Bodyreading. We look at and feel the agreed area to tailor the massage. This is not a medical diagnosis and does not establish the cause of symptoms.

  • Cellulite and orange-peel skin on legs and buttocks
  • Stretch marks after pregnancy or weight change
  • Heavy, tired legs and ankles
  • Fluid retention in the lower legs
  • Uneven skin texture and loose skin above the knees

Questions about beautiful legs

What causes cellulite and stretch marks? +

Cellulite and stretch marks are different skin features. Both can occur without you doing anything wrong. We do not promise that massage removes the cause or makes them disappear.

How many treatments do I need? +

There is no established number of sessions for removing cellulite or stretch marks. Discuss your wishes and decide after a session whether to continue.

Does connective tissue massage also help with heavy, tired legs? +

Some people choose massage because they enjoy it. A heavy sensation does not diagnose poor lymphatic drainage. Have unexplained or persistent symptoms assessed by your doctor first.

Is the treatment painful? +

Report pain or discomfort immediately. The practitioner can adjust the pressure or stop. Consult your doctor about unusual, severe or persistent symptoms.

Do you also treat stretch marks on the stomach or breasts? +

Discuss the area you want massaged during the consultation. We agree on the options and your comfort and do not promise to remove stretch marks.

What does a leg contouring treatment cost? +

A session costs €70 (30 min), €140 (60 min) or €210 (90 min). Session cards (5 sessions): €325, €650 or €975. The type of treatment does not affect the price. The free consultation is always included.
