Your skin and face change over time. At Bodyfix you can choose manual facial massage. We do not promise to restore facial volume, remove wrinkles or produce a permanent lift.

Wrinkles & fine lines
Massage is not an established way to remove wrinkles permanently. Discuss your expectations beforehand.
Loss of skin volume
We do not claim that facial massage produces collagen, restores facial volume or replaces medical cosmetic procedures.
Buccal massage
Discussing buccal massage
During buccal massage the practitioner also works inside the cheeks through the mouth. This is discussed beforehand and only done with your agreement. You can ask to stop at any time.
Discuss mouth or jaw symptoms, recent dental procedures and cosmetic treatments beforehand. A massage does not treat an underlying dental or medical cause.
Both parts in a single appointment is the Ultimate Bodyfix Facial Massage — together one zone of 30 minutes.

What is a natural facelift and how does it work? +
Natural Facelift is the name of our manual facial massage. Buccal massage can be included by agreement. It is not a surgical facelift and we do not guarantee a tighter jawline, collagen production or lasting wrinkle reduction.
What exactly is buccal massage? +
Buccal massage includes massage inside the cheeks through the mouth. We discuss it beforehand and you may decline it or ask to stop. We do not promise an additional lifting effect.
How many treatments are needed for a visible result? +
A visible or lasting result after a particular number of sessions has not been established for the Bodyfix Method. You can try a session and then decide whether to continue.
Is the treatment suitable if I already have fillers? +
Tell us beforehand when and where fillers or other injections were placed. Ask the clinician who performed the procedure whether and when massage of the area is suitable. We do not present massage as treatment for filler damage or complications.
Is this different from a facial massage at a beauty salon? +
Bodyfix focuses on manual connective tissue massage and offers the option to discuss buccal massage. Other providers use different approaches; we do not claim a proven superior or more structural effect.
What does a facial treatment cost? +
A session costs €70 (30 min), €140 (60 min) or €210 (90 min). Session cards (5 sessions): €325, €650 or €975. The free consultation is always included.
