The BODYFIX facial massage is a 30-minute connective tissue massage for your face in Amsterdam-Zuid. We massage your face, jaw and neck, working on all 5 layers of your face, from your skin down to the bone. One appointment for €70, booked directly online. Looking for a deep tissue facial? Deep tissue massage works on your muscles; we work on the connective tissue in every layer of your face.
Over the years, the connective tissue in your face becomes stiffer and less supple. That is what we work on: all 5 facial layers. BODYFIX has worked with its own method since 2008, and our therapists learn it from us.

Your face has five layers. With connective tissue massage, we work on all five, from skin down to the bone.
Skin
The outer layer. Immediately after treatment, circulation in your face is increased. You can often see it in your glow straight away.
Subcutaneous fat
The soft layer under your skin that gives your face volume and shape.
Muscles and connective tissue (SMAS)
Your facial muscles, connected by a layer of connective tissue. This may hold tension that you feel or see.
Loose connective tissue layer
A thin layer that your muscles move over. Over the years, the connective tissue in your face becomes stiffer and less supple.
Deep fascia and periosteum
The deepest layer, on the bone. We work there too, with focused, calm movements.

What is connective tissue massage for your face?
Connective tissue massage is manual massage: with hand techniques and pressure, we work on the connective tissue under the skin. In our facial massage, we work on your face, jaw and neck, and all 5 facial layers.
How is it different from the BODYFIX Facelift?
In the BODYFIX Facelift, after the connective tissue massage we also work inside your cheek, with Buccal. Our facial massage is without Buccal. Both are 30 minutes and €70.
How does it feel?
Focused and calm. We adjust the pressure to what feels comfortable for you, and you set the pace.
Can I combine facial massage with fillers or botox?
Many clients combine facial massage with fillers or botox. We always ask about them and follow fixed waiting times: at least 1 week after botox and 3 weeks after fillers. Filler often stays in your face longer than you think. That is why we always ask about it.
How often should I come back?
For your face, we usually recommend a series of 5 treatments. Each time, we can work deeper. A single treatment is fine too. A package of 5 costs €325, or €65 per treatment.
Do I need an intake first?
You can book directly, even on your first visit. Prefer to meet first? Plan a free 10-minute intake. You can also book your intake and first treatment back to back.
Where is BODYFIX?
In Amsterdam-Zuid, at Legmeerplein 7H, 1058 NJ Amsterdam, with reception. Our second treatment location is Haarlemmermeerstraat 115H, about a minute's walk away.
Do you offer jaw massage too?
