After liposuction, we work in two stages, in a fixed order. We start with Lymphatic drainage by hand, often in the week of your procedure. Your lymphatic system carries fluid away; lymphatic drainage supports natural fluid drainage. Once everything has healed well and there is no more fluid accumulation, we move on to Connective tissue massage.
BODYFIX has worked with its own method for connective tissue massage and lymphatic drainage since 2008. Our experience includes the period around procedures, including tummy tucks and breast or facial procedures. Doctors and clinics refer clients to us, and our therapists learn the method from us.

What is the difference between manual and machine-assisted lymphatic drainage?
After a procedure, we start with lymphatic drainage by hand. Machine-assisted lymphatic drainage (pressotherapy) is a separate treatment at Legmeerplein 7H: cuffs gradually build up pressure and release it again.
Can I come after another procedure too?
Yes. Clients also come after a tummy tuck or breast or facial procedure. Doctors and clinics refer clients to us after a procedure.
Does it hurt?
Lymphatic drainage by hand is gentle and rhythmic. For connective tissue massage, we adjust the pressure to what feels comfortable for you, and you set the pace.
Do I need an intake first?
You can book directly. Prefer to meet first? Plan a free 10-minute intake. You can also book your intake and first treatment back to back.
How often should I come back?
Once is a start. Each time, we can work deeper. At the end of each treatment, we agree together when you will come back.
