Connective Tissue Massage
Self-developed method. Diagnosis first. Medically trained therapists. Exclusively ours, because we developed it.
The method
What is connective tissue massage?
Connective tissue (fascia) is the subcutaneous network of collagen fibres that connects and supports your muscles, organs and skin. When this tissue forms adhesions — through hormones, ageing, pregnancy or inactivity — complaints such as cellulite, fluid retention, sagging skin and pain can arise. Regular massage works at the surface. Connective tissue massage goes deeper.
Dissolve adhesions
Deep manual massage works to break down adhesions in the fascia. The tissue gains space to move and recover.
Restore circulation
Improved blood circulation brings oxygen and nutrients to the tissue — essential for cell renewal and recovery.
Drain fluid
Device-assisted lymphatic drainage stimulates the removal of fluid, waste products and lactic acid from the tissue.
Bodyfix Method
Treating what others merely massage
The Bodyfix Method was self-developed by founder Agnieszka Kadula — a combination of deep manual connective tissue massage and device-assisted lymphatic drainage. What makes it unique is the diagnosis-first approach: every first treatment begins with a thorough Bodyreading. We analyse the connective tissue, establish the cause and draw up a personalised treatment plan. Only then do we treat.

Frequently asked questions
Everything about connective tissue massage
What is connective tissue massage and how does it work? +
Connective tissue massage is a deep, manual technique aimed at breaking down adhesions in the subcutaneous connective tissue (fascia). Through targeted pressure and movements, the therapist works to dissolve adhesions, support improved circulation and stimulate lymphatic drainage. At Bodyfix we always combine the massage with device-assisted lymphatic drainage for maximum effect.
For which conditions is connective tissue massage suitable? +
Connective tissue massage can support the treatment of cellulite, stretch marks, lipedema, lymphoedema, sagging skin, postpartum recovery, pregnancy-related complaints and caesarean section scars. It is also used for facial rejuvenation via buccal massage and skin firming after weight loss.
How does Bodyfix differ from other providers? +
Bodyfix works exclusively with the self-developed Bodyfix Method: deep manual connective tissue massage + device-assisted lymphatic drainage. We always begin with a thorough diagnosis (Bodyreading). Our therapists hold a minimum of a higher professional education physiotherapy background and more than 2,500 hours of massage training. Bodyfix has been featured in the media, including &C / RTL's "Chantal in behandeling" (2019) with Chantal Janzen and Leco van Zadelhoff, and Nouveau's Top 5 celebrity beauty salons (2018).
How many treatments are needed for results? +
The number of treatments required varies depending on the condition and its severity. For cellulite and skin firming, 8–15 sessions are typical. For postpartum recovery, 6–10 sessions. After your free consultation we will give you honest, personalised treatment advice — no vague promises.
Is connective tissue massage painful? +
The treatment is intensive and can feel uncomfortable, particularly in areas with pronounced adhesions. This is normal — it indicates the technique is working. After the treatment the skin may be red or slightly sensitive. The intensity is always tailored to your individual situation.
What does a treatment cost? +
A session costs €65 (30 min), €130 (60 min) or €195 (90 min). Session cards of 5 sessions: €300, €600 or €900. The type of treatment does not affect the price. The free consultation is always included.
How do I book a free consultation? +
Via our online booking system or by calling +31 6 5580 4938. We will schedule a 20-minute consultation at our location in Amsterdam-Zuid (Legmeerplein 7). After the consultation you will receive a personalised treatment plan — entirely without obligation.
